Who Am I?
I’m Eric Bejleri, and I’m a CTEDU Certified Eco Life Coach, and trained Health and Wellness Coach. I coach eco-conscious, purpose driven adults in their late 20s-40s who are successful by conventional standards yet still feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or internally misaligned. In their heart they are environmental stewards, but they also desire a strong foundational and stable life around them.
I started this practice after years of juggling a stressful 9-5, daily responsibilities, and the constant demand of life. I eventually hit a breaking point. In the depths of burnout and sorrow, I finally made a decision and retreated to the wild serenity of Big Sur. Sitting by a gentle river, my feet in the cool water, I watched sunlight filter through the trees and listened to the song of little birds. I was struck with an awe and wonder that I hadn't felt in so long. In that quiet, transformative moment, nature healed my weary soul and I recognized just how silly it seemed to let myself forget how crucial nature is to creating peace and happiness in our lives.
Having experienced multiple lows (heartbreak, isolation, and even clinical depression) I realized that nature was always there to lift me up. Every. Single. Time. I want it to still be there to lift up others too. Today, I combine my personal journey with professional coaching to empower you to live a sustainable life that honors both your well-being and the planet’s future.
I understand the alignment gap better than most, I started on that wavelength, and have coached many individuals such as yourself! My practice brings a calm and safe environment so you have the time and space to truly reflect on what matters most to you and build from that with courage. This is a space for people who want to do good in the world without burning themselves out or losing themselves in the process.

Life coaching is a professional relationship between a client and a Life Coach designed to help the client increase self-awareness, generate learning, and identify and accomplish meaningful goals. On a pragmatic level, coaching helps clients recognize and identify their capabilities, craft action steps to achieve goals, and design ways to stay accountable and resilient in the face of setbacks.
All that to say is that a coach works with a client to generate the “ah-ha!” moments they need by asking powerful questions during a session. Coaches act like a mirror for the client and we can point out discrepancies in thought, and help bring new perspectives and awareness that serve you better. From there we craft potential action steps and pathways that bring you further to your goals based on the insights generated during our time together. We build a plan around those actions to make sure they get done, and get done in the way you want them to.
For example, say someone comes in wanting to talk about feeling stuck in life. We’d talk about why that issue matters, what obstacles or perspectives they might have, what does being “unstuck” look like, ect. These questions would generate insights that make the original vagueness of the issue be more material and fleshed out. Once we’ve gathered enough information we can craft poignant and specific next steps like “I will research 3 potential new skills that I want to learn or at least know more about on Tuesday evening”. We’d make sure there’s motivation for these action steps, and some kind of accountability to help make sure they get done.
We believe that you are the expert on your own life. After all, you’re the one living in it! Life Coaching helps you generate the right advice and the right actions for your own life. If you’re looking for direct advice, Life Coaching may not be for you. But that’s something we can figure out during our connection call. At the very least you’ll find some clarity on whether you need a consultant/mentor or a coach!

This is always a tricky question, but the rule of thumb is any or more of the following reasons:
-If you’re trying to achieve a certain life goal (health habits, business building, finding a north star, ect.)
-You’ve entered a transitory period in your life and are looking for clarity on how to navigate it
-You feel that something is missing but don’t know what
-You want to be as effective as you can be in your endeavors
-You want to live up to your fullest potential
-You want to live a more fulfilled and aligned life.
If you want to grow in a way you never thought possible and reach success by your own merit, creativity, and cleverness then a Life Coach is for you.
There are many more reasons that coaching might be effective for you that aren’t listed here. What matters is if you want a trained professional to help you improve and empower your life (and/or career) in a way that you wouldn’t be able to on your own.
Keep in mind however, we often say that the magic of coaching is in-between the sessions. You’ll have to be ready to do some work. There’s only so much that conversation can do, the application of insights towards your goals will be crucial. -

The best way to see if we can work together and if I can actually help you, is to contact me and for us to directly chat. Professional coaching is an involved process and tailored for each client, where a simple answer wouldn’t be sufficient. Typically however, if you’re not committed to making changes to your life, there isn’t much I can do. The true success of our relationship occurs in your day-to-day life.
In my experience the people that actually can utilize Life Coaching to the maximum have at least some of the following qualities:
Want to make a change.
Want to see success.
Willing to put work and effort into improving your life.
Are willing to reflect and dig deep.
Ok with being uncomfortable at times.
Willing to consider different thoughts and perspectives.
If most of the above sound like you, then there's a good chance that we'll make a good fit and that you'll benefit greatly from Life Coaching

Typically a coaching session is as follows:
1. We talk casually for a few minutes
2. We check in regarding last time’s action step(s)
3. We set the agenda for the session (clarifying the topic of the session, the importance, and the goal of the session)
4. We explore the topic through powerful questions and dialogue to generate insights and gain clarity (most of the session)
5. We build a specific and actionable next step
6. We see how the agenda went, and identify any key takeaways from the session
Of course there will be times were a session looks different depending on what’s discussed, the flow of the session, and what YOU want to do. -
Part of the initial meeting is where we talk about the cadence that works best for you. Typically sessions are set up bi-weekly since that often grants enough time between action items so they can fully be realized. Of course though if you prefer we meet less frequently or more frequently that’s a valid option!
As far as timing goes, currently I have openings most weekday mornings between 7-9am PST and most weekday evenings from 6:00-9:00pm PST.
I’m also available weekend afternoons from 12:00 - 5:00pm PST.

If none of those times work for you, give me a holler and we might be able to figure something out! -
Any time we do a session, we’ll always check in and see how things went with the last action step that we crafted. From there we’ll talk about the topic you wanted to bring up this time.
So having some recollection or notes about the previous action steps, and having a topic to chat about before coming into the session would be the most important things! -
Between sessions you’ll have access to both my email and my cell number. You’ll also have a Paperbell account so you can manage your sessions personally. You’re free to ask any questions you might have in-between sessions! You can also use these avenues to message me about cancelations or any issues that arise.
I’ll be checking in with you (or you with me) in between sessions to see how the action steps are going, as a means of helping with accountability. -
A coach helps you tap into your latent talent and resources and works with you to develop actions and systems to focus on achieving your future goals and aspirations. We focus on empowering YOU and believe that you are the expert on yourself and know what you need to do.
A therapist helps dig into and heal past emotional and mental traumas and disorders. Life Coaching is NOT a substitute for therapy cannot grant healing or offer a diagnosis.
A consultant provides professional advice and tells you what to do. Life Coaching does not give professional advice for the simple fact that we believe there is nothing we can tell you to do that would be better than what you can figure out for yourself. After all, you are the expert on yourself and your business.

Sessions are fully confidential and anything you say will not be shared with anyone else without your explicit permission. This is something we’ll talk more about and get into specific details during our initial calls.

When you work with me, expect a genuine human connection. Expect to talk to someone who is truly interested in everything about you. This is a safe space free of judgement or deadlines. Our sessions will be empowering and life changing and entirely dedicated to you. I will challenge you and help you stay accountable so you can make lasting and meaningful change in your life.

Once the coaching agreement is signed, it is not possible to offer refunds for any cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of a call unless there’s a serious valid reason (e.g., medical emergency, family emergency). Coaching requires communication, so if there is something in the coaching process you don’t like or need to change, please tell me right away and I’ll make sure to address your needs directly.

Yes! Reach out to me any time up to 12 hours before our coaching session if you need to reschedule. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without letting me know (e.g., via message or an email), I’ll assume the session is canceled and you’ll forfeit the session credit. Of course in the case of an emergency there is more leniency, but my time is unfortunately limited and last-minute cancellations are challenging and costly.

There are unfortunately a lot of untrained individuals offering services under the guise of “Life Coaching”. These individuals have created a lot of misinformation about what REAL Life Coaching is.
Real Life Coaches abide by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines and standards to ensure that we provide empowering and life changing sessions in an ethical and safe way for our clients. Life Coaching is so personalized and tailored to each individual person, that it is practically impossible to have a one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone. If you meet a Life Coach that purely gives you advice, chances are they’re not actually a coach.
The best way to find out if life coaching is for you (and what it actually is), is to have a session and try it out. I offer a free demo session specifically for that reason! If you don’t think it’s for you, or you’re still unsure, no problem!
